We knew we couldn’t eliminate every trace of chemicals, but the research on the rise of childhood health concerns, particularly those linked to heavy pesticide use, was alarming. We wanted to take control where we could, starting with the very foundation of a healthy lunch – the bread.

That’s how Sarasota Baking Company was born. Fueled by love and a commitment to our children’s well-being, we embarked on a journey to bake a difference. We focused on organic ingredients, free from harmful herbicides and pesticides, particularly those found heavily in crops like wheat and sugarcane.
